Pegasystems opens a European office in Zürich.
Pegasystems Inc., one of the leading providers of Business Process Management software, has opened a European office in the Greater Zurich Area. According to Ulrich Janda, sales and managing director of the newly established Pegasystems AG, the new office in the heart of the financial district of Zürich is crucial to optimize Pegasystems’ customer relationship management: «We have a number of relationships with global companies which have their headquarters in Switzerland and we are very keen to demonstrate our commitment by getting geographically closer to them and ensure that doing business with Pegasystems is as convenient as possible.» Also, Pegasystems AG is looking to increase its consulting services and professional services personnel in Zürich in the near future.
